The School of Faith offers a learning environment that connects the curious with the core message of Christianity and it's significance for the whole of life.

 

Our CENTRAL CONVERSATION events give participants a chance to explore what it means to address contemporary issues through the lens of faith. Guest speakers introduce the topic and guide a discussion where everyone has the opportunity to explore their questions of faith related to the issues of daily life. 

Our ESSENTIALS EVENTS give an overview of Christianity and reason for God. Each event contains TED style talks illustrated with short films, interviews and a time for discussion over refreshments.

Meet the Leadership Team

School of Faith is a cooperative of churches and evangelists from the UK and USA. The ministry was founded by Andrew Baughen (London, UK) and Tim Chaddick (Ventura, USA) and works in partnership with churches such as All Souls Langham Place in London, Reality Church LA, Calvary St Georges in New York and A Passion For Life.

Andrew BaughenAndrew was a strategy consultant for financial institutions before studying theology at Oxford and becoming a Church Minister. For 21 years he was the Vicar of St James Clerkenwell and is now part of the clergy team at St Mary Woolnoth in the heart of the City of London where he is developing School of Faith initiatives aimed at the business world. He continues to invest in strategic planning for churches through consultancy, speaking and has authored two books on the subject, The Because Approach and Therefore Go. Andrew is also an Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Management, Bayes Business School, City, University of London where he is researching the value of business and what makes a soulful enterprise. Andrew is responsible for the core concepts and content of School of Faith.

Andrew Baughen

Tim ChaddickTim is the founding pastor of Reality LA, a thriving church in the heart of Hollywood, California. Reality LA is part of the Reality family of churches, a movement committed to relational church planting and serving the broader body of Christ. Tim's first two books, Better: How Jesus Satisfies the Search for Meaning and The Truth about Lies, were projects which came from lessons learned while living and leading a church in Los Angeles. He has since planted a church in London and currently serves as Teaching Pastor of Reality Church in Ventura, California. Tim continues to offer advice and direction on the development of the School of Faith.

Tim Chaddick

Tim is the founding pastor of Reality LA, a thriving church in the heart of Hollywood, California. Reality LA is part of the Reality family of churches, a movement committed to relational church planting and serving the broader body of Christ.
